1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MAX IPTV application ("the App") or accessing the website at maxiptv.app ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MAX IPTV is a media player application that allows users to organize and play content from their own playlists and providers. The App supports multiple playlist formats including Xtream Codes, M3U, and Stalker Portal. The App is available on Android TV, Samsung Tizen TV, LG webOS TV, Hisense VIDAA TV, Roku TV, Amazon Fire TV, and via web browser.
This is a software-only product. MAX IPTV is not affiliated with any IPTV provider. We do not stream, host, resell, or provide any channels, movies, or content.
MAX IPTV does not host, provide, distribute, or control any streaming content. We are solely a media player. All content accessed through the App is provided by third-party services chosen and configured by the user. Users are solely responsible for obtaining legal access to any playlists they use with MAX IPTV.
3. User Accounts & Devices
To use the App, you must create an account and activate your device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each subscription plan includes a specific number of device slots. You may manage your registered devices through the MAX IPTV dashboard.
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must not share your account credentials with third parties
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. User Responsibilities
As a media player, MAX IPTV relies on playlists and content provided by the user. You are solely responsible for:
- The content you access through the App
- Ensuring you have the legal right to access any streams or playlists you add
- The accuracy of playlist credentials and URLs you provide
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part thereof
- Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Share your account with others or operate the App as a commercial service
6. License & Payments
MAX IPTV offers a free trial period so you can evaluate all features before purchasing. After the trial, a paid license is required for continued access to premium features.
- Licenses are one-time purchases with a fixed term (e.g. 12 months). A license activates the MAX IPTV application for the number of devices and the duration indicated on the purchase page.
- Licenses do not auto-renew. No recurring charges will ever be made. When your license expires, access to premium features ends unless you choose to purchase a new license manually.
- Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor (disclosed at checkout). We never see or store your payment card details.
- Because a free trial is provided that gives you full access to evaluate the software, by purchasing a license you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) once the digital service has been supplied. Payments are therefore final and non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law or as described in our Refund Policy.
- Do not purchase a license if you do not already have a working playlist from an IPTV service you subscribe to. MAX IPTV is a media player only and does not include any content. Purchasing without a working playlist is not grounds for a refund.
7. Content Disclaimer
MAX IPTV is a player/platform only. We do not host, curate, control, or have any affiliation with the content accessible through the App. We make no representations or warranties regarding:
- The availability, quality, or reliability of third-party streams
- The legality of content provided by third-party IPTV services
- The accuracy of electronic program guide (EPG) data
- The security of connections to third-party streaming servers
Any issues related to streaming content should be directed to your IPTV provider, not to MAX IPTV.
8. Intellectual Property
The MAX IPTV name, logo, application design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of MAX IPTV. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MAX IPTV and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
8a. DMCA / Copyright Takedown
MAX IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others. Although we do not host, store, or distribute any streaming content, we provide a takedown channel for rights holders who believe that content accessed by a user through a third-party playlist infringes their copyright.
To submit a notice, email info@maxiptv.app (subject line: "DMCA Notice") with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The specific URL, stream, or playlist source claimed to infringe
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder and that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will review valid notices within 5 business days. Where appropriate, we will forward the notice to the relevant third-party IPTV provider, suspend user accounts found to be repeatedly adding infringing playlists, and cooperate with lawful authorities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAX IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Where a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence under mandatory EU consumer law.
