Refund Policy

1. Free Trial — Try Before You Buy
MAX IPTV offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features and supported platforms (Android TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Hisense VIDAA, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and web). The free trial is provided specifically so that you can fully evaluate the application before committing to a paid subscription.
No payment information is required to start the trial. You will not be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
2. Subscription Payments Are Final
Because a 7-day free trial gives you complete and unrestricted access to evaluate every feature of the application, all paid subscriptions are final and non-refundable once purchased. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that:
- You have had the opportunity to test the application during the free trial
- You understand that MAX IPTV is a media player and does not provide content
- You expressly request immediate access to the digital service upon payment
- You acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once the digital service has been supplied
3. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, transposed in Sweden through the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act — Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content where (a) performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and (b) the consumer has acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing after the free trial and beginning to use the paid service, you provide both consents and waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
Mandatory rights you cannot waive (such as remedies for a faulty service under Swedish Consumer Sales Act) remain unaffected.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the MAX IPTV dashboard. After cancellation:
- You will retain access to the service until the end of the current paid billing period
- Your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of that period
- No partial refund is provided for the unused portion of the billing period
- Your account and playlists remain intact in case you wish to resubscribe
5. Exceptional Refund Circumstances
While our standard policy is no refunds after the free trial, we will consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full
- Unauthorized charges — if your card was used without your authorization (subject to verification and chargeback procedures)
- Service unavailable — if the application is unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) due to our fault and we are unable to restore service, you may request a pro-rata credit or refund
- Mandatory legal rights — refunds required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction
6. How to Request a Refund
For any refund inquiry under Section 5 above, contact us within 14 days of the charge at:
Include in your message:
- Your account email
- The transaction date and amount
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting information (screenshots, error messages)
We will review and respond to your request within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at info@maxiptv.app — we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.
